RESOLUTION OF THE CONTRACT

In accordance with Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n.70 laying down provisions on electronic commerce, Luigi Quaglia & C. s.r.l. informs the user that: the customer has the right to purchase the products proposed in the electronic catalog present on the site www.luigiquaglia.it (https://www.luigiquaglia.it), as described in the relevant technical information sheets; the contract is concluded when Luigi Quaglia & C. s.r.l. registers the order form, subject to verification of the correctness of the data relating to the order and payment; before proceeding to the transmission of the order form, the user will be able to identify and correct any errors in data entry by following the instructions from time to time indicated on the Site and which will accompany the different stages of the purchase; once the order form is registered and confirmation of the authorization of payment of the amount due is received, Luigi Quaglia & C. s.r.l. will send the user, via e-mail to the e-mail address indicated, confirmation of the order, information relating to the product purchased, a detailed indication of the price, the means of payment used, the procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal, shipping costs and any additional costs as well as an indication of the Customer Service, which the user can contact for assistance.

It is recommended to keep the e-mail received as proof of purchase; the order form will be stored in the Luigi Quaglia & C. s.r.l. database for the time necessary to process the order and, in any case, within the terms of the law. In such cases, the customer may vary the product, wait for availability in the new times communicated or cancel the order, requesting a refund for any amount already paid. The non-acceptance, even partial, of an order, will not entitle the customer to any compensation for damages, nor can it constitute grounds for contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property.

VALIDITY OF OFFERS AND PRICES

All prices of products for sale on the Site are expressed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Shipping costs and any other additional costs, inclusive of VAT and expressed in Euros (€), will be expressly and separately indicated on the order form before the user proceeds to its transmission as well as on the order confirmation e-mail; the price of the products may be changed without prior notice, it being understood that the price charged to the user will be the one published on the product sheet at the time the order is sent.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The products offered on the Site are connected to a centralized computer system that calculates their availability in real time. In some cases, however, anomalies may occur in the retrieval of the item selected by the customer. In any case of unavailability of the ordered product, the customer will be promptly informed by e-mail. In such cases, the customer may vary the product, wait for the possible new availability in the new times communicated or cancel the order, requesting a refund for any amount already paid; if the payment has already been made, Luigi Quaglia & C. s.r.l. will refund the total amount paid by the user – consisting of the purchase price, shipping costs and any other additional cost -, which will be credited to the same means of payment used by the user for the purchase.

Any delays in crediting may depend on the banking institution, the type of credit card or the payment solution used. In any case, the value date of the re-credited amount will be the same as that of the debit.

SHIPMENTS

Shipping is free throughout Italy.
Shipping times vary depending on product availability. Delivery of purchased jewelry is from 48 hours to 15 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery times may be delayed in the case of holidays; carriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and weekends.
For orders placed by credit card, one business day must be added to normal shipping times for normal administrative checks. For orders placed by wire transfer, shipping times will be calculated from confirmation of payment.

For the Christmas season, we guarantee delivery of orders by December 24 if they reach us by the first ten days of December.

Shipping to European countries will incur a one-time charge of 20 Euro during checkout.
Shipping to non-European countries will be charged a one-time fee of 50 Euro at checkout.

RETURNS

Purchased items may be returned and request a replacement or refund, provided they are returned, within 15 days, to the Distribution Center at Via dell’Unione 2, 20122 Milan (MI) in perfect condition, just as you received the jewelry (without removing, ruining or creasing the plastic label affixed to the jewelry) and accompanied by a sales receipt.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Make sure the package is properly sealed. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure the package for return, Luigi Quaglia & C. s.r.l. takes no responsibility for lost or damaged packages; in this case, no refund will be made.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise and the amount will be refunded to the account from which payment was made.

Retail stores cannot offer refunds or replace products purchased online.
