JEWEL'S CONDITION
The jewelry must be in perfect condition, as received. Do not remove, ruin or crease the plastic label attached to the jewelry
PREPARE THE SHIPMENT
Prepare the package carefully and include the purchase receipt.
SHIP THE PACKAGE
Close the package tightly and send it by insured mail within 15 days to the address Via dell'Unione 2, 20122 Milano (MI)
Return Policy and Packaging Information
Purchased items may be returned and request a replacement or refund, as long as they are returned, within 15 days, to the Distribution Center at Via dell’Unione 2, 20122 Milan (MI) in perfect condition, just as you received the jewelry (without removing, ruining or creasing the plastic label affixed to the jewelry) and accompanied by a sales receipt.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Make sure the package is properly sealed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the package for return, Luigi Quaglia & C. s.r.l. takes no responsibility for lost or damaged packages; in this case, no refund will be made.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods and the amount will be refunded to the account from which payment was made.
Retail stores cannot offer refunds or replace products purchased online.
